ak33 Terms and Conditions

ak33 (hereinafter "Platform", "we" or "our") is an online betting and casino service provider in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all users ("User" or "you") of the ak33 website and all its services.

1. Your login credentials (username and password) must be kept completely confidential.
2. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to our support team immediately.
3. All transactions carried out on your account will be considered your responsibility until you report a hacking or unauthorized access incident to us.

2.3 Account Suspension

ak33 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account in cases of Terms violations, fraudulent activity, or suspicious behavior. The platform's decision in such cases will be considered final.

3.1 Deposits

1. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (one hundred taka).
2. Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
3. Using the correct reference number at the time of deposit is mandatory. ak33 is not responsible for any delays caused by an incorrect reference.
4. The deposit amount must be sent only from your own payment account — third-party accounts are not accepted.

3.2 Withdrawals

1. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka).
2. Withdrawal processing typically takes between 30 minutes and 3 hours.
3. Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
4. Large withdrawal amounts may be put on hold if identity verification (KYC) has not been completed.
5. Withdrawal requests may be held for review if fraud or bonus abuse is suspected.

ak33 offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers to its users. All such offers are subject to specific conditions:

4.1 Welcome Bonus

1. New members will receive up to a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.
2. The wagering requirement on the bonus is 20x (you must wager 20 times the bonus amount).
3. Each user is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
4. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the specified wagering requirement has been met.

4.2 General Bonus Rules

1. Each bonus offer has its own validity period. If wagering is not completed within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.
2. Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts or fraudulent activity will result in account closure.
3. ak33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
4. A bonus will only apply to the game or section for which it has been specified.

ak33's VIP program has five tiers. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier:

1. Bronze: Maximum weekly cashback of 0.2%.
2. Silver: Maximum weekly cashback of 0.4%.
3. Gold: Maximum weekly cashback of 0.6%.
4. Platinum: Maximum weekly cashback of 0.8%.
5. Diamond: Maximum weekly cashback of 1.0%.

Users can be promoted to higher VIP tiers based on regular activity and loyalty to the platform. Cashback is calculated weekly and credited to the account at the designated time.

ak33 is committed to ensuring a safe and fair playing environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

1. Placing bets using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
2. Illegally colluding with other players to influence game outcomes.
3. Using the platform for money laundering or any financial crime.
4. Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs. Any such issues found must be reported to us immediately.
5. Operating an account using a false identity or another person's information.
6. Attempting to breach or hack the platform's security systems.

If any of the above activities are proven, the relevant account will be permanently closed and all balances may be forfeited. The relevant authorities may be notified if necessary.

10.1 Limitation of Liability

1. ak33 is not liable for losses caused by technical errors, internet disconnection, or third-party service failures.

If any discrepancy arises between the English version and the Bengali version of these Terms, the Bengali version will prevail.
